<p>A fishing boat with 11 passengers on board began sinking off a Brooklyn pier on Wednesday night, prompting emergency responders to make a speedy rescue, according to cops.</p>

<p>Officials received a 911 call just before 9:30 p.m. requesting a water rescue at a boat that was taking on water while docked at Pier 1 near East 26th Street and Emmons Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, according to the NYPD.</p>

<p>FDNY officials and the NYPD Harbor Unit swiftly responded and rescued 11 people onboard, helping each off the sinking ship to safety, cops said.</p>

<p>Dramatic pictures captured one side of the white boat plunging into the water as authorities rushed to the scene.</p>

<p>All passengers were evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported, police said.</p>

<p>However, one unidentified man was taken away from the scene in an ambulance, photos showed.</p>

<p>Information regarding injuries he may have suffered or why he was taken in an ambulance is not yet clear.</p>
