<p>Dax Shepard is Kristen Bell's biggest supporter — especially when it comes to her Nobody Wants This romance!</p>
<p>The actress, 45, opened up about her husband's reaction to her Nobody Wants This character, Joanne, kissing Noah (Adam Brody) for the first time. At the show's panel at Televerse on Aug. 15, Bell revealed Shepard — who was deeply invested in the on-screen love story — was giddy as he watched the steamy scene unfold.</p>

<p>'Nobody Wants This' kiss.Shepard was traveling with his friends when the group decided to watched the first episode together and the actor recorded their reaction to send to Bell.</p>
<p>"I could hear that music in the background and they were screaming," Bell recalled. "And he was like, 'Oh my God!'"</p>
<p>"He was so excited for these two characters to kiss, which I think says a lot," she added.</p>
<p>The show follows "an agnostic sex podcaster [Bell] and a newly single rabbi [Brody] [who] fall in love," per the synopsis. However, their romance begs the question — "can their relationship survive their wildly different lives and meddling families?"</p>
<p>Shepard previously commented on the characters' first kiss in October 2024, recalling during an appearance at the New Yorker Festival, "My friend ... we watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I'd argue is the very best kissing scene ever, ever put on film."</p>
<p>"And my best friend, Aaron, from childhood, he goes, 'Does she ever kiss you like that?' No, I didn't even know she could kiss like that," he jokingly added.</p>
<p>Bell and Shepard have been outspoken about supporting each other's onscreen romances.</p>
<p>They share a "foundational trust" in their relationship, Bell said in February, so they genuinely "root for each other" in their onscreen roles.</p>

<p>"Even if Dax hooks up with the most beautiful person in the world at work, I know he's committed to our family," Bell said. "I know he's coming home. I know he loves our children. I know he strives to be a great husband and father."</p>
<p>"We're just human, right?" she added. "So maybe there could be a day where I'm like, 'I'm actually really nervous that you spend time with that person.' And he could say, 'Oh, OK, let's talk about it. What makes you nervous? What are you thinking?' We have a very open communication."</p>
