<p>A ladder manufacturer issued a voluntary recall on products that were sold at Home Depot, citing safety concerns.</p>

<p>Werner is recalling the 20-foot and 24-foot Multi-Max Pro, Multi-Purpose Ladders due to a falling hazard, according to an Aug. 14 notice from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC).</p>

<p>There have been multiple reports of falls, resulting in 14 reports of injuries, varying from head trauma to other body fractures, bruising and lacerations, the CSPC's notice says.</p>

<p>"The ladders' locking mechanism can jam and not fully lock into place, posing a fall hazard," the notice states.</p>

<p>Where was the product sold?</p>

<p>The ladders were sold at Home Depot in-store and online from Nov. 2021 to Feb. 2024. The products are silver with a blue top and a black rope in the back. It also has a blue label on the side that reads: "Werner" and "Multi Max Pro."</p>

<p>How many units were affected in this recall?</p>

<p>Multiple injuries have been reported from sing the recalled ladders, officials say.</p>

<p>An estimated 122,250 units are being recalled. The model numbers are ALMP-20IAA or ALMP-24IAA.</p>

<p>What should consumers do?</p>

<p>Consumers are urged to get rid of the products and register for a recall at https://ift.tt/x5APalX. After the ladder is discarded, a refund will be issued. The company said disposal fees are covered.</p>
