<p>Cruz's agent, Raphael Berko, denied that his client sprayed anyone intentionally and told EW at the time that the accusation was "so outrageous and dangerous." Berko claimed that three women had parked their car near Cruz's while he was washing his vehicle, and noted that his client is an extremely private person who has "never even had a jaywalking ticket."</p>
