MGKrecently discussed his rumored feud withYungblud. In a podcast interview, Colson Baker (MGK) responded to rumors that his recent track includes a line directed at former collaborator and friend, Dominic Harrison (Yungblud). The duo has previously collaborated on songs “I think I’m OKAY” (2019) and “body bag,” which was released in 2020.
MGK sets the record straight on Yungblud feud rumors
MGK clarified rumors of an alleged feud with Yungblud on a recent episode of the Garza Podcast. For those unversed, he released a song with Fred Durst called “FIX UR FACE” on April 21. He confirmed this is the first single for his upcoming rap album and that he had penned the song himself.
When the song was released, fans couldn’t help but speculate that the lyrics were a supposed dig at Dominic Harrison. The lines were, “Mickey Mouse kids turned rockstars/ Leaving private school, tryna be outlaws.” Fans allegedly believe that it was a diss track directed at the English musician, who both attended a private school and appeared on the Disney program The Lodge in 2016.
However, the rapper gave a response that sounded more ambiguous than a definitive no. Baker stated, “The song is three minutes of lines about different things… Loyalty is really the only thing that matters… When I open my heart, that means I’m vulnerable, and I let you in. So, when someone’s given an opportunity to defend their friend, and they don’t, that breaks my heart. Like, it shatters me. And so, I think, be my friend the same way in public that you are in private.”

Continuing further, Baker remarked, “But it’s an angry line and an angry song… but that s**t hurt me.”MGK also lavished praise on Yungblud, calling him “super talented.” However, he indirectly chided Harrison for not taking a stand for him on the 2024 episode of The Osbournes Podcast.
Baker added, “But what I care about outside of everything, like, when the music’s over, it’s like, what do you stand for and what do you stand on? And that principle of loyalty—the way that it was done to me—I wouldn’t have done that.”
