Hulk Hogan left behind nearly $5 million after his death in July, and now, new court documents reveal a sole beneficiary of his estate.

According to new court documents obtained by US Weekly and TMZ, the late WWE star's son Nick Hogan is named co-personal representative of Hulk's estate and will inherit the fortune worth nearly $5 million.

Nick, 35, filed the documents in Pinellas County, Fl. on Tuesday, Sept. 9, proposing a man named Terry McCoy act as curator of Hulk's estate.

The filing also confirms that Hulk's daughter Brooke Hogan is not included in her father's will, according to US Weekly, a request she made several years ago and discussed in August. Hulk's wife at the time of his death, Sky Daily, is listed as a surviving spouse, the outlets reported.

Nick said in the filing that his father executed versions of his will in 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022 and a final time in July 2023, according to the outlets.

Hulk, whose real name was Terrence Gene Bollea, died of acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack, on July 24. The controversial WWE star had a history of leukemia, according to medical records obtained by PEOPLE, and atrial fibrillation, a common disorder that causes irregular heart beats.

Hogan's history of leukemia, a form of cancer that affects white blood cells, was not previously known.

Brooke explained in August that she asked to be removed from Hulk's will because she was "scared" of the fighting that would come after his death."I was sobbing," Brooke recalled during an interview with Hulk's ex-best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, explaining that she was texting her father's assistant at the time to ask him to remove her from Hogan's will. "I just said, take me off everything, I don't want to be a part of it."

Her husband Steven Oleksy told PEOPLE on Aug. 2 that Brooke's rift with her father "had nothing" to do with his new wife. "My wife will say it — it had nothing to do with his new wife. It had to do with the way he treated [Brooke]," says Oleksy.

Supporting her father through his multiple controversies, including using racial slurs towards his daughter's ex-boyfriend in a leaked audio recording, had "really taken a toll on her," Oleksy said. "It was a situation where she loved her dad very, very much."

When Brooke and Oleksy married in June 2022, Hulk declined to walk her down the aisle, and was not in attendance at the ceremony at all, telling Oleksy he "doesn't do weddings or funerals anymore."
